

1.- People who live on
their own.
2.- People who are linked to each
other by marriage or similar links and family ties; other units can exceptionally
be considered to form part of this group, when one of the following circumstances
arises:
- They are victims of abuse.
- People with minors in their care.
3.- People without these links who
share accommodation they have been provided with on a temporary basis.

1.-You must have formed an independent
financial household unit for ONE YEAR before the date you apply for this,
except in the following cases:
- You have people who are minors or disabled in your
care.
- You are linked to someone else by marriage or a similar
relationship: in this case the period is 6 months.
- You have formed the new unit because you have separated
from your spouse or the person you were living with, as long as the new
unit does not include any new people.
- You have formed the new unit owing to the death of
both parents, tutors or representatives.
2.-You must have been registered
in any municipality in the Autonomous Basque Community for one year before
applying.
3.-You must lack the financial means
of support in the terms envisaged here.
4.-You must be 23 years of age or
over. The exceptions for people under 23 years of age are as follows:
- When they are financially responsible for minors or
people who are disabled.
- They are orphans without father and mother.
- People who have been married or living together in
a similar relationship for 6 months before applying.
