Requirements and applications
Requirements:
- -You must have Spanish nationality and be registered and living in
any municipality in Gipuzkoa.
- Applicants must have earnings less than 2,098.04euro a year, if they
are living on their own; if the applicant forms part of a family unit,
the income per head of this unit must be less than the aforementioned
sum. A family unit is considered to be one formed by: spouses, father/mother
or children under the age of 18 who live together.
Old age SWF:
- You must be at least 65 years old..
Sickness SWF:
- You must be over 16 and under 65.
- You must be recognised as having a disability graded by the Disability
Assessment and Guidance Centre, and a score on a specific scale of difficulty
in getting work, with the percentages and points in the following table::

Applications:
The interested party, their representative, or anyone showing a legitimate interest to act on their behalf can apply for this at the offices of the Basic Social Services of the town council where they live.
