Personalised supportservices aim to deal with potential or real situations of social exclusion and isolation that require the goodwill, active collaboration and personal commitment of the people being provided with support.
To achieve this, the Department for Human Rights, Employment and Social Integration works together with the municipal social services and various coordinated bodies to set up a resource network aimed at encouraging the integration of anyone who has no means or support and at preventing others from becoming social misfits in Guipuzcoa.
This personalised support is specifically provided by the following services aimed at:
· Victims of domestic violence
· The homeless
· Drug addicts
· Immigrants
· Ex-prisoners
· Families belonging to ethnic minorities
· Prisoners
· People who have been discriminated against due to their sexual orientation or transsexual identity
· Allowing people to combine family life with work, training and assistance
